Earlham Cemetery, Inc., consists of Earlham Cemetery, Glen Haven Memorial
Gardens, Lutherania, and Ridge Cemetery.
Earlham Cemetery started with approximately 300 acres in 1861 and
was incorporated in 1863. Then in 1968 we acquired an all bronze lawn
level cemetery called Glen Haven Memorial Gardens located south of
town, adding another 85 acres to our company. In 2000 we acquired
Lutherania Cemetery on Liberty Avenue, and then Ridge Cemetery in
2002, making up what is now Earlham Cemetery, Inc.
Earlham Cemetery, Inc is an endowed care cemetery. This fund was established
to assure the future care of your cemetery. Since 1938, we have placed
a percentage of the lot sales into this fund, giving you peace of
mind in choosing Earlham Cemetery, Inc. Earlham Cemetery takes pride
in the care and appearance of our cemeteries. Our endowed fund will
allow us to continue with this standard of service for many years
to come.
Our full time staff is available Monday through Friday (8am to 12
and 1 to 4:30) to assist with any cemetery questions or concerns you
may have. Please contact us for all your cemetery needs from selecting
your burial lot, to purchasing your monument or marker. We also have
a program to pre-pay all your cemetery expenses at today’s cost. As
prices increase, your pre-paid purchases remain locked in for no additional
expense to your family.
