About Earlham Cemetery

Earlham Cemetery started in 1861, and became a corporation in 1863. We have 140 acres of beautifully landscaped property and 160 acres left to develop.

Earlham offers a choice of sections at our different locations to accommodate all. Among these are carefully planned sections, beautifully landscaped areas with grass markers, monument areas, and special sections such as our Veterans Field of Honor, our Mausoleum Chapel for above ground burial, one for those of the Jewish faith, and one for members of the Masonic Lodge.

We even have unrestricted areas for those that are not ready to commit to a certain type of stone.

Earlham Mausoleum & New Columbarium

Trying to keep up with all our family and the surrounding area needs, Earlham Cemetery decided to build the only multi-family mausoleum and chapel in Wayne County. The construction of the three buildings was started in 1976 and completed in the spring of 1977.

We have crypts available for sale on the inside and outside buildings. Also, our two new Columbarium buildings Faith & Hope are available for the burial of cremated remains.

Our chapel is always available to our crypt owners first for final committals. Please contact us for more information.
